Preliminary Injunction Issued

Mark Busto convinced Judge Shea of the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Washington to issue a preliminary injunction on behalf of a national staffing company client. The dispute involves alleged interference by a local staffing company with the client’s employee/consultants and its local partner. Significantly, Judge Shea ruled, as a part of the findings in support of the preliminary injunction, that our client is likely to succeed on the merits of its claims.
