Jillian Barron Assumes Presidency of Washington Defense Trial Lawyers

At their 2009 annual convention, WDTL members elected Jillian Barron to serve as President of the organization during the 2009-10 year. Jillian served as Chair of the 2009 convention, planning its location, CLE program, and other events, and she served as moderator of one of its CLE panels, which included Judge William Downing of the King County Superior Court, among other distinguished speakers. Jillian previously served as WDTL’s President-Elect, Secretary, a member of its Board of Trustees, and Chair of its Labor and Employment Law Section. WDTL’s mission is to promote the highest professional and ethical standards for Washington civil defense attorneys and to serve its members through education, recognition, collegiality, professional development, and advocacy. Congratulations Jillian!
